Energique has a community-focused approach to fitness and wellness. As Alton’s independent fitness centre, it has recently upgraded its gym equipment, introduced over 35 live classes a week, and added a new studio, personal fitness room, pool, and café. The centre also places importance on mental wellbeing, offering new members a personal support contact and providing free seminars and workshops for the community. In a competitive market, Energique remains committed to being a local, family-run business.
The site is owned by Alton Town Council and installing solar panels is part of it’s efforts to decarbonise energy in the area. Funds were raised through our 2025 share offer and installation will start in September 2025.
